These men are excellent proclaimers of the Gospel and should be taken care of when they come to preach for your church. Depending on the size of the congregation, a Sunday’s Honoria should range from $200 for a small church to $1,000 for a large church. If you are looking to utilize these individuals as an Interim Pastor, then they should be compensated at $400 a week for a small church and up to $2,000 a week for a larger church. The exact amount will depend on the number of times you are asking him to preach, the number of meetings you are asking him to attend or lead, and the various other activities you are requesting his presence and leadership for.
