2. Please email a copy of each of the following:Ā
1) Articles of Incorporation,Ā
2) Covenant/Constitution and Bylaws,Ā
3) Statement of Faith, and/orĀ
4) other similar documents.
3. Application may be submitted at any time and we look forward to working along side of you as we reach out to the great state of Florida with the glorious Gospel of Christ Jesus!Ā
