These cohorts are designed for pastors in specific areas around the Greater Orlando Baptist Association to interact, pray, fellowship, and seek counsel from each other. As iron sharpens iron so does the encouragement you will receive from your fellow pastors and missionaries during these encounters.

Understanding Your Individual Leadership Levels for Personal Growth as a Minister

Everyone is wired differently. It is vital to learn how to work with the different types of individuals that make up your church’s staff. This time is designed for the local church as either a staff retreat or a staff meeting where the members are coached in ways to work with one another and fully acknowledge each others uniqueness, skill sets, and wiring.

Training Your Next-Generation Pastors

The Lord desires us to pass on everything He has shown to us to the next generation of young ministers. They will outlive us and we must prepare them for the work of the Lord. We are called to pass on knowledge, perspective, conviction, skill sets, and above all pastoral character and ministerial integrity. This two hour inductor session is designed to come alongside of young ministers and begin the imparting of tools which will serve them well into their future.

This workshop will teach a pastor how to train his people to witness in one morning. Several approaches will be shared: Phone Apps, 3 CIRCLES/Life Conversation Guide and Hand 2 Hand Evangelism. No memorizing a lot of verses. Simply use the visual guides. Pastors love this and we love teaching it!

The Art of Balance & Rhythm in Ministry

Here we will focus on the issue of balance in the minister’s life. Subjects to be covered are: Hard Driver or Called Servant, Juggling the Life You’re Given, Discovering Your Rhythm for Ministry, Avoiding the Terrible “Too’s”, Working Inside the Margins, Doing the Right Things at the Right Time, How to Avoid Overload, and Finding and Making time to R.E.S.T.
